The role:
Do you have organisation and administration skills of the highest standard? Are you confident with professionally handling HR processes? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Barr Beacon School. We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic and confident Personal Assistant and HR Manager. You will be supporting the day-to-day clerical needs of the Headteacher and managing HR tasks and issues within the school.

About you:
This is a fantastic role to make your mark and become an important member of the school, providing efficient and professional PA and HR support. Your key skills will include:

• Knowledge and experience of HR processes including employment checks, staffing matters and interview processes;
• Experience in a similar role and working within a school or fast paced environment;
• Having experience with handling highly confidential information;
• Possessing excellent written/verbal communication skills as well as strong IT skills;
• Being able to flexibly work to different role demands and work well under pressure.
