Responsibilities

• Manage instructor and student schedule on a daily basis
• Participate in developing marketing materials and community outreach
• Support instructors with checking material
• Provide daily assistance with our @home learning platform by welcoming students into the virtual classroom (ConexED) and providing assistance to students and Instructors in our @home platform with technical difficulties
• Keep educational materials updated
• Helping maintain a clean and organized environment for all
• Plan and announce student incentive programs, such as prizes, raffles, events, activities, and themed days (e.g. pajama day, double stamp day)
• Decorate the center and help plan activities for holidays/seasons
• Assistance in Social Media management or content creation
• Supporting on the Mathnasium floor

Qualifications

• Ability to learn new ideas, cope and adapt quickly and easily to change in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Passionate about working with children
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a highly productive team
• Professionalism, flexibility and a good attitude
• Graduated from high school, with some college experience preferred
• Experience managing an office, including ordering office supplies and resolving simple IT issues preferred

Hours: 15-20 hours/week (flexible)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
