This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a brand new project. You will be heading up the Mathnasium @school pilot programme. If successful you will be rolling out the scheme across the wider network

About you:

To excel in this role you will need to have experience working in schools and be confident to develop relationships with them.

You will be commercially minded and have a consultative/relational sales approach. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must and you should be confident interacting with both teachers and parents alike

To really excel you’ll continually strive to live our values and challenge the status quo, coming up with new ways to improve the role you’re doing and taking on new responsibilities as you grow.

Working in an education business you will be happy working around students up to GCSE, although this will not be the primary focus of your role.

What you will learn:

You will undergo our world-class training programme, covering all aspects of the business from management to marketing whilst being personally mentored by the Centre Director and taught how to:

• Build, Train and Develop a high-performing team;
• Deliver an exceptional experience for parents and students alike;
• Actively close sales;
• Build effective relationships with customers (parents and children) and teachers;
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards;
• Foster relationships with the local community, schools & authorities

What About the Money?

This pilot scheme will run for a minimum of 6-12 months. There is an opportunity to join the team full-time once the contracted period is over.

The salary for this role will be £30,000-£40,000 per annum (DOE) basic, with an uncapped performance-based bonus scheme.
