As TA Coordinator , you operate at the hub of Materion’s Talent Center of Expertise. You manage essential administrative processes and systems to assure high quality Talent Acquisition outcomes.
You Will:

• S hape superior candidate experience by managing logistics, including scheduling interview, arranging travel, preparing interview guides, drafting offer documents, initiating pre-hire clearances, and assisting with new hire onboarding.

• Promote opportunities by editing and posting compelling job advertisements.

• Ensure compliance and data integrity by managing applicant tracking data in Workday.

• Support functional excellence by preparing reports and maintaining operational documents.

• Actively participate in team meetings and projects to achieve continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum of one year of administrative experience in a corporate environment

• Familiarity with HR systems, including applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize and complete time-sensitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Keen sense of ownership and a passion for attention to detail

• Strong process orientation and drive for results

• Technical proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with aptitude to quickly learn.
