Mater Health Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at South Brisbane Full Time

About the role

We are searching for experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Advisors/Specialists to join our lively in house recruitment team on 12 month fixed term contracts. (potential for extension). Whilst based in our new Newstead office and South Brisbane campus we also offer a flexible working model including working from home.

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the positions will be responsible for the recruitment of a dedicated portfolio including but not limited to Mater Research and both corporate and clinical roles. These will be a very fast paced roles and you will engage with various internal and external stakeholders. Ideally you will have experience in the tertiary sector or healthcare/hospital environment.

What you’ll be doing

Some key duties will include:

• Delivering full E2E recruitment for all roles
• Educate, create and implement contemporary recruitment and attraction strategies
• Increases placements through direct candidate approaches, e.g. LinkedIn, Talent Pools etc.
• Coaching and mentoring hiring managers, upskilling their capability and skills in their knowledge of best practice recruitment processes and strategic talent attraction;
• Utilising PageUp to manage all vacancies with accuracy and the utmost efficiency

About you

You will be a positive, resilient and pragmatic operator with a true passion for the recruitment and talent space. You will have extensive in-house or agency experience (3+years) in a Talent/Recruitment or Strategic sourcing role within large and complex businesses.

In addition to this, you will:

• Have exceptional stakeholder management experience and will enjoy the fast pace nature of recruiting multiple and varied roles
• Be a strong influencer
• Have a hands-on and proactive approach, with the ability to liaise with all levels
• You will be intrinsically motivated by achieving stakeholder satisfaction at all stages
• Continuously aspire to deliver exceptional talent outcomes in a professional and timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to operate both in a team environment and autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning and strong listening, negotiation and decision making skills
• Display strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Previous experience using PageUp will be highly favourable
