Mate fertility is looking for an experienced and passionate L&D manager to scale our clinical education department and build the mate fertility academy. We are looking for a professional who has experience creating internal education programs at some of the top performing companies in the world. We need to systematize our training processes for partner providers and clinical staff once they join the mate fertility ecosystem. You will coordinate with cross functional team members including sales, operations, patient relations, nursing staff, and our medical advisory board to build out effective programs.

You will support the creation and deployment of in person and virtual training initiatives throughout our organization. You must be a strategic thinker and a tactical executor in order to apply your diverse skill set to develop and retain our clinical partners. You will be responsible for developing learning initiatives focused on training and upskilling our partner physicians and their clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of key training, onboarding, and continuous learning initiatives across all aspects of our organization as identified by yourself and aligned upon with the executive team.
• Apply recognized clinical development best practices to ensure comprehensive and delightful learning experiences that lead to measurable improvement in time to productivity, clinical retention, and satisfaction scores.
• Facilitate the onboarding experience for all new partner providers.
• Contribute to an elevated onboarding experience for all partner physicians and their clinical staff.
• Facilitate live training sessions.
• Apply instructional design skills to create live training sessions and self-paced elearning modules
• Support the development of new procedure training as enhancements are launched.
• Own the ongoing user experience, administration, and support of our Learning Management System, Mindtickle.
• Gather, summarize, and prepare the data necessary to measure the effectiveness of training.
• Own the logistics, including scheduling and communications, related to learning & development initiatives in close partnership with the implementation team, and the mate leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training facilitation experience
• 3+ years of instructional design experience
• BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, organizational development, communications, business, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Previous experience in the tech sector, start-up, and/or “Silicon-Beach” environment
• Active in ATD, SHRM, or other professional organization related to talent development and/or performance improvement
• Has recently or is actively working toward certification / continuing education in talent development from a reputable source
• Familiarity with LMS administration and LMS tools such as Mindtickle.

• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
• Ability to create engaging learning content using a variety of content development tools
• Strong written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
