Summary

The Clinical Staff Educator ensures that we continue to provide all staff and partner clinics with the highest quality, most effective education and training possible. This position works in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to improve learner’s performance using personalized, tech-driven and engaging learning experiences that ultimately positively influences the care of the patients that our client clinics serve.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences focused on the implementation and use of applications and associated systems in an efficient and timely manner
• Collaborate in development of new and on-going modifications of all designated courses, including the responsibility for teaching courses and for keeping materials updated
• Work with project teams, subject matter experts and business partners in the development of high-quality course content, training materials, agendas, lessons plans, and presentation materials for assigned courses
• Deliver captivating instructor-led courses, including classroom, live virtual classroom, and web-based training
• Able to assess various learning styles and adapt education and training methodologies to these styles
• Stay up to date with the latest knowledge and skills in adult learning, training facilitation, needs assessment, training evaluation
• Serve as super user for assigned application systems training projects (EMR, LMS)
• Adhere to project management plans under the mentorship of Director of IVF Services, including understanding of resource estimates, development timelines, delivery timelines, scheduling and communication and coordination of internal project participants
• Must be capable of meeting established objectives and key results regularly within assigned deadlines
• Occasional travel to partner provider clinics for on-site training (potentially appr. 20% of position)

Education & Experience Requirements

Required

• At least one (1) year experience delivering training through a variety of platforms and delivery systems
• At least one (1) year experience in fertility
• Current clinical licensure (LPN, RN)
• Advanced skills in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software (Office365, Google Workspace, etc.)

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Healthcare, Education Delivery, Instructional Design or related field strongly preferred
• Three (3) years or more experience in training delivery preferred
• Three (3) years of experience in EMR platforms
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (TalentLMS, Cornerstone, MedTrainer, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
