Our company is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, self-starting Administrative Assistant to help our firm stay organized and efficient. The successful candidate will be hardworking and responsible for a number of administrative tasks such as greeting clients and vendors, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that our records are up to date at all times. We’re looking for individuals who are quick on their feet and able to perform well under pressure. Part-time position with full-time potential and the ability to work independently is a must.
