Matchtech Looking for PTS Site Engineer – HS2 at Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Full Time

Matchtech are excited to be working with a major contractor on the HS2 project in the Aylesbury area, and as result we have a live requirement for a PTS qualified Site Engineer. 

Reporting to the Section Engineer/Sub Agent, the successful candidate will be working on on a £15m scheme which involves bridges, culverts and embankment packages.

You will be responsible for:

• Liaising with the project team to ensure safe, timely delivery of a quality project
• Offering direction to junior engineers
• Setting out of roads, earthworks, structures etc
• Keeping daily records of site activities

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A Degree, Bachelors, MSc or HND in Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge and experience of Highways/Rail standards and procedures
  • Experience working for a main contractor
  • CSCS qualification (essential)
  • SSSTS/SMSTS (essential)
  • PTS (essential)
  • Knowledge and experience of structures (preferable)
