Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Valid driver’s license
• Resident of the State of Texas
• Willingness to travel locally/regionally on weekdays (up to 50% of time)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM tool
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office 365)
• Deep belief in the potential of all students and a passion for MasteryPrep’s mission
• Respect for individuals’ diverse experiences and the ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
• Outreach or similar lead-tracking platform experience preferred
  
• Education sales experience is a plus
• Engaging and entertaining presentation style

Position: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000-$250,000 annually

Benefits

• Base plus generous commission plan with total target compensation of $250,000 (30% base, 70% variable)
