Mastercraft Industries, Inc Hiring for Order Processor Full Time

The purpose of this position is to accurately input and process customer orders as well as generate CNC machining and paperwork for production schedules.

Order Processing

· Import, update, and review customer orders in Cabinet Vision software

· Import, update, and review orders into the company ERP system

· Generate purchase requisitions for order out product

· Review orders for completeness and accuracy

· Develop understanding of product lines and codes

· Work with IT and Engineering teams to process custom orders and generate prints

Production Schedule Processing

· Generate nests and CNC machining for production schedules

· Generate paperwork and labels required for production
Generate manufacturing specifications and paperwork for custom doors

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

§ Ability to read, interpret and apply written procedures and specifications.

§ Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers verbally and in writing.

§ Knowledgeable in computer applications and functions (including Microsoft Office products)

§ Must be detail oriented and have excellent organization skills

§ Must be able to prioritize effectively and work with minimal supervision and/or direction

§ Must be self-motivated w/good time management skills

§ Work independently as well as a member of a team

§ Familiarity with ERP systems (XA Infor) preferred

§ Familiarity with qPulse preferred

§ Familiarity with CAD software preferred

§ Familiarity with Cabinet Vision software preferred 1 year experience

Employee must be able to communicate in English

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
