Analyst, Compensation and Benefits

Overview

• Provides support for program design, development and initial implementation for total rewards programs in the Europe Region
• Assists with the development of programs that recognize employees as consumers with diverse interests
• Adapts programs for local implementation and partners with HRBPs and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery
• Total Rewards programs include all compensation programs, work/life experience, mobility, benefits, and health & wellness programs

Role

• Provides analytical support on Mastercard’s Total Rewards projects, programs and ad hoc requests for the Europe Region
• Conducts benchmarking analysis and prepares reports to share with team members
• Assists in developing compensation structures for business units/geographic regions based off market data
• Prepares compensation packages for domestic hiring/career moves and for international transfers
• Performs supporting activities to roll out and coordinate rewards communications including creating draft communications and presentations
• Collaborates with senior colleagues on analysis, budgeting, and program design of rewards programs
• Responds to employee inquiries that are escalated from Mastercard’s employee service center
• Researches external rewards market and best practices and prepares reports to share with senior level colleagues
• Mediates claims between vendors and employees and escalates issues as appropriate
• Maintains data and tables within Mastercard’s HR databases
• Ensures own work is peer reviewed by colleagues

All About You

• Demonstrated ability to collate, review and analyze rewards data
• Experience preparing analytics dashboard reports and presenting summaries/highlights to senior team colleagues
• Experience developing presentation/communication materials on rewards programs
• Demonstrated success handling employee inquiries in accurate, timely fashion
• Experience with different Total Rewards Programs and other COEs
• Experience working in a global organization
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge in Excel
