Master Tech Truck and Equipment Hiring for Customer Service Representative/Administrative Assistant at Park City, KS Full Time

Master Tech Truck and Equipment is looking for a full-time, customer focused Service Clerk that has exceptional customer service, organizational, and attention to detail skills. Job Duties:

• Serve as a point of contact for customers
• Advise customers throughout the builds, repairs, and suggest additional labor and parts if needed
• Communicate with customer on scheduling of repairs
• Coordinate and track the status of the repairs by effectively communicating with the Shop Foreman, Technicians, and additional staff
• Build and maintain long lasting customer relationships
• Obtain incoming repair orders from customers in a timely manner
• Create internal repair orders for the Technicians to complete tasks, builds, and repair work
• Effectively communicate with outside vendors to schedule work and pay for work being done
• Review repair orders for complete accuracy and obtain all vendor invoices
• Invoice repair orders and communicate with the customer once jobs are completed
• Track and multiple items to management team and keep s updated
• Ensure customers receive the most professional service when taking repair requests and delivering the final product
• Manage the status of truck repair orders and provide clear communication throughout the process for the customer and management team
• Participate in training provided by Master Tech on technical and warranty issues with trucks
• Ensure all documentation is complete and properly executed for the Service Department

• Previous experience in customer service role
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Work well in a team-based environment
• Effective communicator both written and verbal
• Organized with an emphasis on attention to detail
• Friendly with a positive attitude
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Basic computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour
