Massanutten Military Academy Hiring for Lower Level Math Teacher at Woodstock, VA Full Time

Massanutten Military Academy is currently seeking a Math Teacher.

Massanutten Military Academy’s mission is to prepare cadets for their success by delivering structure and a superior educational experience. Lower level math teacher, Math 5/6, Pre-algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry teaching experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.

Duties:
-Teach Math 5/6, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, and Geometry
-Communicate effectively with colleagues, and parents.
-Maintain a up-to date grade book.
-Mentor cadets in weekly meetings.
-Occasional weekend duties required.
-Must adhere to the academy rules set forth in the employee handbook.
-Help maintain and foster a structured and disciplined environment in classroom
-A valid background check must be completed prior to employment.
