Massachusetts Medical Spa Hiring for Senior Accountant Job at Attleboro, MA Full Time

A a metal supplier is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant. This position is open due to growth. Need someone who come in and perform journal entries and can help with budgeting and FP&A responsibilities when necessary. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years of experience performing GL/FP&A tasks, and excel experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for consolidation and review of analytics, dashboards, and commentary related to financial activities
• Prepare journal entries, financial analysis, reporting and footnotes related to capital assets under US GAAP and IFRS
• Analyze trends and provide insight into financial activities and future transactions within the Acquire to Retire processes.

• Partner with Finance, FP&A, Enterprise Business Services (EBS), and Operations to ensure transparency of financial results and assist in decision making process.
• Proactively identify areas of improvements and collaborate with others to implement changes.
• Develop and execute corrective measures and controls that enhance and improve the timeliness and quality of financial results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting or Finance with increasing responsibility
• Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills, with good attention to details
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Accounting and financial close process knowledge

Pay: $30.00 – $42.00 per hour
