Mass Inbound Hiring for Facebook Advertising Specialist Full Time

Mass Inbound is a data-driven marketing agency with a focus on medical, home service, local business and event industries. We recently established a new location in West Palm Beach and we are seeking ambitious and motivated team members who will assist with creating, executing and managing advertising campaigns accross Meta products including Facebook and Instagram along with additional social media platforms as needed. Our proven strategies have a focus on lead generation that yield businesses a true monetary return! Job Description:

• You MUST know the workings of Facebook ads manager and have experience executing Facebook and Instagram ads. Buying media will be the majority of the work efforts within this position.
• Format, create and execute daily, weekly and monthly copy and creatives specifically designed for the indicated industry assigned
• Creating marketing & advertising functions including promotions, social media, campaign management
• Build out and maintain Facebook and Instagram Advertising campaigns for clients based on client’s goals
• Learn to utilize our CRM & database to target marketing efforts
• Serve as a point person for any operation, production or executive questions and/or initiatives between clients and our team
• Perform and schedule content postings, updates, etc.
• Coordinate with creative, product, sales and media partners to ensure all materials are reviewed and approved before deployment
• Prepare/manage various data s for daily campaign and dashboard s
• Directly communicate with the clients and establish ongoing relationships to ensure marketing efforts coordinate with internal processes and promotions
• Manage multiple clients at one time while enhancing internal processes to reduce retention
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 3-5 years of social media advertising experience is required for this position
• Ability and flexibility to work on a diverse team in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to work under pressure; flexible and ability to work with all types of personalities.
• Knowledge and strong ability of creating and launching targeted Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms as needed
• Demonstrate attention to detail in dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive deliverables
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva and Social Pilot
• Proficient in the use of Google Workspace, ie Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Calendar and other google properties
• Editing/marketing experience, project and campaign management experience
• Proven ability to quickly grasp, work with and execute complicated processes for digital marketing
• Detail oriented to ensure quality assurance
• Knowledge of online marketing funnels
• CRM/CMS system management
• Willing to learn more and invest into becoming an experience internet marketing professional

SKILLS DESIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• A “Can Do” mentality and willingness to learn
• Ability to identify and resolve issues and manage risks
• 3-5 years of experience working with Facebook and Instagram ads, analytics and direct response marketing
• Knowledge of online marketing, business development, product managements and new product development
• Working knowledge of CRMs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work tedious/repetitive tasks without manual errors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
