[Job Type] Full-Time, Hybrid Work Schedule (Mandatory in-office presence for at least 2 days a week, with new hires expected to spend more time in the office during their first 90 days).

[Team & Clients] As part of our 30-member strong team, you will collaborate with passionate professionals and work with approximately 50 clients across diverse industries. We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients gain a competitive edge through tailored performance marketing strategies.

[Role & Responsibilities] As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will:

• Mentor and guide an Analyst while ing to and training under a Supervisor.
• Manage, strategize, and optimize campaigns for a select group of clients.
• Be proficient in either Social or Search and demonstrate an eagerness to learn the other.
• Write compelling ad copy for both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Perform keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush.
• Collaborate with your Performance Marketing Supervisor on tasks such as pacing accounts, executing sales strategies, escalating issues, exploring new platforms, client ing, strategic planning, and campaign building on Search or Social.
• Engage in light client communication.

[Essential Skills]

• A minimum of 2 years (and ideally less than 5 years) of agency experience.
• Professional e-commerce experience on Google or Facebook at campaign management level.
• Strong writing skills.
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager.
• Ability to conduct Keyword Research.
• A strong desire to learn and grow, particularly in Google and/or Amazon advertising.

[Desirable Skills] Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be given priority:

• Google Ads Certification
• Google Analytics Certification
• Facebook Blueprint Certification
