Mason Anthony is looking for an energetic, fun individual who is not afraid to put themselves out there to drive, create and publish social media content that recruits students and clients to our school programs and services.
Responsibilities

• The social media coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of social media content creation, development, scheduling and reporting, and contribute to the development of an overall social media strategy

• The social media coordinator will work collaboratively with teams and all programs in the school, including Operations, Admissions, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Manicuring and Massage Therap to surface key activities, stories and impact to create, develop, share and amplify via existing and new social media channels to increase awareness of the school and its programs and broaden engagement across a diversity of audiences

• The social media coordinator will ensure social media channels of the school are consistent with Mason Anthony brand standards and content guidelines

• As a member of the Admissions team, the social media coordinator, will identify and develop creative and engaging ways to leverage social media content into external and internal digital and print communications

Our Offer

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits. Assistance for relocation or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Required Qualifications Professional experience in creating and publishing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, You Tube and Instagram content; knowledge and experience using social media management systems; experience interpreting and reporting digital analytics; excellent copywriting skills; organized, proactive, and detail-oriented; ability to work independently and synergistically as part of a team and across teams. Travel (some overnight) and attendance at a range of virtual and in-person on-campus and off-campus events. Desired Qualifications Experience in science/outreach communication and data visualization tools; photography; videography and interviewing skills a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
