JOB SUMMARY :

The Market Support position is responsible for the processing and shipping of color samples to potential customers. This role involves a range of tasks including but not limited to : communicating with various departments and personnel, rotating within other departments as needed while maintaining production and quality standards.

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process the necessary samples and chips.
• Coordinate samples on multiple carts from multiple vendors.
• Perform all Marketing Support duties as necessary.
• Communicate with various departments and personnel.
• Complete any necessary documentation and paperwork.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Rotation within other departments and duties as needed and assigned by management.
• Ability to operate and cut with various saws

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

• Repetitive walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, grasping, and reaching; that may or may not be above the shoulder.
• Tasks may vary in intensity, requiring occasional to frequent work pace.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• Ability to learn at a quick pace and work with positive behavior.
• Understanding of safety protocols and practices.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use it effectively.
• Ability to read the move ticket and understand ALL of its contents.
• Good computer skills and willingness to learn new applications.
• Ability to work with little direct supervision.
• Good teamwork / communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Previous experience marketing support and customer service.
