About the Role:
MAS is powered by Maestra, our proprietary platform driving the end-to-end per diem and travel staffing process for our caregivers and partner facilities. The Senior Digital Business Analyst will partner with the Senior Product Manager and other MAS cross-functional team members to activate the Maestra roadmap through defining detailed requirements for product epics and user stories, devising internal and external training guides, and supporting the delivery of new features. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert of the Maestra platform and help with product prioritization and end-user adoption.

As a Senior Digital Business Analyst, you will:

• Partner with the MAS cross-functional team to gather and define requirements for new features and existing platform maintenance
• Develop comprehensive and detailed functional documentation for new epics and features
• Work with the MAS engineering team to define user stories and track work using agile methodologies
• Support the Maestra roadmap and execute on quarterly release goals in partnership with the Senior Product Manager
• Respond to customer defects and issues by developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
• Develop a comprehensive training guide for the Maestra platform to support our internal operations and end-user experience
• Understand and promote product priority and risks across the organization
• Gather product data, including web analytics, statistics, and consumer trends
• Understand end-user needs across multiple audiences (caregivers, facilities and internal users), leveraging a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
• Support the Senior Product Manager in defining solutions for identified user needs, with a keen eye towards what is required for MVP, scale, and maturity
• Other duties as required

In this position, you must have:

• 3+ years of experience working with digital products
• Experience in a digital product analysis or other functional analysis role
• Experience defining user requirements and writing functional documentation for digital products
• Experience utilizing a development ticket tracking system and documentation repository
• An understanding of Agile product development methodologies and processes
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Location negotiable, with flexibility for travel as needed to MAS office locations (up to 20%)
