Mary Campbell Center Hiring for Education Coordinator at Wilmington, DE Full Time

1. Provides “hands-on” instruction with residents (in both individual and group settings) as directed by the Education/Assistive Technology Manager.

2. Collaborates and brainstorms to develop and implement engaging programming for residents.

3. Works with the Education Department team and therapy consultants to assist residents with use of assistive technology as recommended.

4. Assists the Education Team in objectively evaluating resident’s progress and making any subsequent program modifications in order to promote learning and achievement.

5. Documents daily progress and quarterly progress notes on IPP goals for education programs per procedures.

6. Attends or participates in Interdisciplinary Team (ID) meeting and Resident Individual Program Plan meetings as requested by the Education/Assistive Technology Manager.

7. Collaborates with the Education team to develop motivational strategies for residents needing additional supports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $43,000.00 per year
