We are looking for a talented Recruitment & Agency Administrator to join our team and participate in the agency cover process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for covering internal vacancies with agreed external providers, updating internal programs and liaising with the homes for cover.
General Responsibilities
Supporting the services with sourcing staff cover with external providers
Consult with Home Managers & Recruitment Coordinators to discover staffing requirements
Liaise with recruitment agency provisions to provide cover within our services
Support the recruitment team with recruiting methods
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Supporting the Recruitment Coordinators in the management of the job boards
Consult with Home Managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives
Post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and university boards
Support the recruitment team with recruiting methods and interview questions
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills
Proven work experience as an administrator or recruiter
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
Confident communicator
Ability to manage systems and processes
Be hard working & enthusiastic
Communication
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications including awareness of impact of communication on desired audience. Can flex communication style dependant on situation and message.
