Skills-focused online college seeks senior admissions executive to manage all aspects of inside sales/admissions functions. This includes oversight of three admissions teams and thirty admissions representatives. The ideal candidate will understand and support the college’s mission and possess the ability to work collaboratively throughout the college to achieve institutional goals.

Job Responsibilities

Hiring, management, and supervision of inside admissions teams

Oversight of admissions training department

Ensuring compliance with all college policies and procedures

Participating in strategic planning for student acquisition

Supervision of admissions support functions

Supervision of CRM manager

Experience/Requirements

Minimum of five years’ higher education admissions leadership experience

Strong history of supervision of inside sales functions

Experience and supervision of admissions CRM and call center functions

Experience in supervising a remote workforce
