As Customer Service Assistant, you are expected to be professional, organized and understand our customers’ needs. You will primarily be responsible for answering the telephone, for serving customers at the customer service counter, and for assisting with administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation and booking appointments.

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Answering Phones
• Customer service/Counter sales
• File management
• Document Control
• Field Service Report preparation
• Sales support
