JOB SUMMARY
Entry level operator position. Works under the direction of an experienced operator and learns the various duties/responsibilities of bulk operators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Loading/Unloading trucks
• Unloading railcars
• Upkeep of work area to ensure clean and safe
• Learn to gauge tanks
• Learn to check temperatures on tanks
• Learn pipe line-up to direct product flow
• Learn to pull samples

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED required. Semi skilled or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Prefer if individuals have previously been in an industrial environment and are some what familiar with rules and procedures.
• Must be able to read and understand technical manuals
• Must have knowledge of plant operations
• Must be able to communicate well with other supervisory personnel
• Must be willing to take call at all times
• Must have proficient computer skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS
An ability to read, analyze and interpret information. An ability to write s and basic business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers, clients, customers and the general public.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
