About the Position:

The Social Lead will be responsible for developing and executing social marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement. With one direct , you will manage a Social Designer/Video Editor and work closely with the wider marketing team and internal stakeholders. The role is required to develop creative content, manage brand social media accounts, analyse campaign performance, and optimise our social channels. The role is an exciting opportunity that requires a balance between hands-on management and innovation in the social space. Your mission will be to make Marshall White’s presence the country’s leading real estate brand on social.

About You:

You are an experienced, well-rounded social media professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the forefront of social innovation. You can confidently work concurrently for several stakeholders, meeting completing deadlines and are highly skilled at implementing efficient solutions to drive success. You have advanced social management skills with proficient experience in social media strategy and the ability to lead a small social team. Experience with premium brands is preferred, but not essential. You will also be ready to embrace our company’s vision, talent, culture, and value proposition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Lead and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Lead the creation and execution of premium, high-quality campaigns, including paid and organic content.
• Lead social content shoots and production process, with the support of the brand and design team.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritise target audiences, ensuring that campaigns effectively reach the right demographics.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing regular s and insights to the management team.
• Conduct ongoing market/competitor research, both collating and analysing emerging social trends, best practices, and technologies, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and our social agencies, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Social Lead, Senior Social Media Manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing techniques, and social performance
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage with online audiences.
• Creative mindset, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
• Basic copywriting ability
• Ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making on social channels.
• Experience with luxury or premium brands an advantage
