Marshall Building & Remodeling Hiring for Production Office Assistant Full Time

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our Production Team. This person will need to have a positive, cheerful disposition that would translate through all phone conversations and email interactions with homeowners. In this position, you will play a key role in assisting all areas of production with different duties and tasks. Must be a team player and willing to take direction and shift gears as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with any admistrative duties associated with production as assigned by management.

• Assist with scheduling duties
• Assist with onboarding homeowners
• Assist with scheduling window measures
• Assist with job close-outs
• Assist with obtaining permits
• Assist with submitting service requests to manufacturers
• Assist with collecting and entering warranty service information

Consistently interact with homeowners via phone and email.

Learn and cover other roles in Production for vacations and employee absences as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
• Upbeat and professional demeanor
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and web based programs and applications
• Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Organize with a keen attention to detail
• Customer service experience preferred
