Following continued growth in Australia and around the world, Mars has a number of great opportunities to join our team located in Wodonga as Production Operators on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.

As a Mars Production Operator, you will be critical to ensure our factory keeps producing high quality products to meet our supply and demand. If you have an attention to detail and a willingness to learn we would love to hear from you.

What are we looking for?

• Secondary education or trade certification
• Relatable prior working experience
• Mechanical training or background – desirable.
• Reliable, willingness to learn, adaptable to change, and driven

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Responsible for monitoring and running multiple pieces of equipment through the usage of software interface systems as well as physical checks.
• Communicate directly with the maintenance department to coordinate maintenance repair in a productive manner
• Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues
• Safely and continuously operate multiple pieces of equipment to produce quality products on time
