Salary: £36,300 – £45,400 + Annual Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Mars Wrigley team in Plymouth as an Education and Training Lead. Through the development and utilisation of systems and tools to enable management and tracking, as well as the ownership of our Apprenticeship scheme, the Education and Training Lead will be responsible for ensuring our Associates continue to grow their knowledge, skills and capabilities to maximise their contribution to our factory performance.

• Experience in training or capability management

• Demonstrable experience of delivering on projects

• The ability to identify high calibre talent

• Exemplary organisational skills

• Strong communication skills

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Continuous improvement and development of training processes and recording

• Working in partnership with Operations and Technical teams to identify and prioritise learning and development activity

• Building and managing relationships with external training providers

• Leadership and line management of Associates working in the Education and Training team

• Accountability for the Apprenticeship Scheme including recruitment, line management, mentorship and coaching

• Continual development of the Apprenticeship scheme to ensure effectiveness
