Mars Hiring for Education and Training Lead Job at Australia Full Time

Here at Mars Food Australia (MFA) we have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Education & Training Lead to join our well established and collaborative Supply team based in the Sunny Central Coast in Wyong!

This is a 12-month contract which will see you being responsible for setting, delivering, and reporting on strategic systemic long and short-term process on a day-to-day and period (4 weekly) basis. It is imperative you are highly organised with exceptional communication skills to ensure the smooth delivery of virtual and face-to-face training whilst actively motivating Mars Associates to complete site-based face to face and eLearning training.

This is a wonderful opportunity to lead, design and execute essential training programs across the MFA site.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Manage and schedule training for all workers as determined by the Site Training Compliance Matrix and Training Needs Analysis
• Design and execute site training strategy
• Lead and engage the MFA Education and Training (E&T) Pillar Team to implement Mars Global E&T initiatives, including facilitating regular Pillar Meetings
• Planning and coordinating training events including logistics (i.e., scheduling participants (book meeting rooms / IT equipment)
• Scheduling and Maintaining training records in the Site Learning Management System (LMS).

What are we looking for?

• Experience using LMS systems.
• Ability to understand training needs of individuals and the business
• Experience in manufacturing / food production would be advantageous
• Systems savvy with prior experience in digital learning tolls (e.g., Poka) will be highly regarded.
• Natural flair for building relationships, high attention to detail and a high level of organisation are paramount
