Specific Expected Contributions Talent Acquisition Team Support
Implement and execute a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs including college relations, referral bonus and networking programs.
Create inbound traffic of candidates through extensive sourcing of candidates through research, complex internet searches, talent pool databases, job boards, saved searches, and social media sites.
Apply market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with active and non-active applicants.
Schedule interviews as directed by TA Managers, send meeting planners to Interviewers as well as resumes and behavioral interview guides.
Assist with the Pre-screening for entry level positions.
Maintain Recruitment Calendar / Inbox.
Initiates, checks, and reports results for all pre-employment testing including drug test, criminal background checks, reference checks, credit reports, etc.
Posts positions on relevant job boards, media and alternate sourcing channels.
Sources, schedules, coordinates and participates in career events and job fairs.
Manages recruitment vendor relationships and coordinates billing reconciliation.
Uses social media as recruitment and employment brand building tool by posting content and responding to inquiries/ comments.
Responsible for receiving and responding to any recruiting-related questions received via phone calls or face-to-face encounters from internal clients, associates and external job seekers.
Researches and recommends potential sourcing channels.
Mines resume databases and other internet channels for potential candidates based on specific job requisition criteria.
Builds and maintains network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Conducts pre-screening calls/interviews within the framework of the position specification.
Update candidate status in Applicant Tracking System.
Serves as a primary contact with schools and client groups on internship programs.

Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field preferred. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the formal education. Experience
One to three years recruiting or staffing experience.
Corporate recruitment experience with multi-site organization managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships. Skills/Attributes
