As a marketing technologist, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our marketing technology stack, automation sequences, and ensuring all marketing strategies align with our company’s objectives.

To succeed in this position, you need to have strong problem-solving skills. You must be able to interpret metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, click-through rates to gain insights for improvements. In short, we expect you to increase our overall revenue by creating smart, methodical, marketing solutions in accordance with our company goals.

Responsibilities:

• Support Director Of Marketing in tracking and optimization of funnels.
• Creating responsive, high-converting optimized web pages using Wordpress.
• Working on Hubspot automated campaigns, emails and tracking sequences.
• Connect and work with multiple SAAS products to create a seamless marketing funnel.
• Work directly with agencies for paid media and SEO campaigns.
• Setting up monthly webinars.
• Stay up to date with new techniques and design trends through research and education.
• Identify marketing trends, industry pulse, and key opportunities for innovation.
• Ability to assist with other marketing & creative efforts as needed.

KPIs:

• Funnel CVRs (main products and trip-wire offers)
• Cost-per-lead
• Click-through rate
• Website Speed

Requirements:

• 2+ years work experience in marketing, creative design, or similar role
• Wordpress experience
• Hubspot experience preferred
• Exceptional time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed on time
• Well organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and duties
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Marketing experience/knowledge is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
