Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition across the Transco network through the recruitment of plant-level talent, driving salaried and hourly talent acquisition process improvement, and managing the company’s employment brand.
The position is responsible for assessing the technical and interpersonal skills of applicants to ensure they possess the skills necessary to be successful.
Focused on maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates using creative marketing, social media messaging techniques, leveraging referrals, and partnering with local organizations.
