We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping our workforce to drive the organization’s growth and success.

Position Overview : The Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner role within the Metals Aerospace Group is a pivotal position focused on identifying and attracting top-tier talent to support our strategic objectives.

Qualifications :

Candidate Sourcing and Screening :

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
• Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for the role.

Interview Coordination :

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and guidance throughout the interview process.

Candidate Evaluation :

• Collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide input and recommendations for candidate selection based on assessment results and interview feedback.

Data Management :

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment-related spreadsheets and databases.
• Generate regular s and metrics to track recruitment progress and performance.

Compliance and Documentation :

• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain documentation related to the recruitment process, including candidate records and interview notes.

Continuous Improvement :

• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for a wide range of positions, from warehouse to senior-level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
• Proven experience in developing talent pipelines and sourcing candidates.
• Ability to articulate company culture and values to potential hires.
• Proficiency in recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and databases.
• Previous experience in developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
