Marmon / Keystone has begun recruiting efforts for a Recruiter to join our Human Resources Team.
Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition : Utilize your extensive network and sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
Candidate Screening : Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, including resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Job Posting and Advertising : Develop and implement effective job posting strategies across various platforms to reach a wide range of potential candidates.
Interview Coordination : Facilitate and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
Candidate Assessment : Administer assessments, tests, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and potential for success in the organization.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding : Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and deliver competitive job offers and assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Job Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge : Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Communication Skills : Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
Relationship Building : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Organization and Multitasking : Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Adaptability : Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Technology Proficiency : Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)- Specifically WORKDAY, job boards, and other recruitment software / tools.
