We are looking for a Staff Accountant at Marmon Aerospace & Defense located in Manchester, NH

The Staff Accountant is responsible for general accounting, invoicing and revenue recognition activities.

Responsibilities:

· Process and send invoices to customers daily

· Superior customer service to quickly resolve invoicing issues and provide requested data

· Reconcile expense reports and purchase card statements

· Monitor bank account for customer payments and apply cash in ERP system.

· Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for monthly financial close process

· Cost accounting duties including investigating and reconciling variances

· Responsible for participation in semi-annual physical inventories

· Fixed asset accounting management

· Compile financial metrics reports for management review

· Other accounting duties to support the team

o Cross train with Accounts Payable Specialist to provide back up when needed

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, build crisp/organized sheets, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
