Front Office Concierge- River Edge NJ

Marlen Elite Dental Wellness is a boutique dental practice seeking the perfect candidate to be the face of the organization and to welcome current and existing patients as they walk in the door.

The ideal candidate will be a sharp, energetic, independent thinker and trustworthy individual. As a resourceful self-starter, you will maximize the productivity of the office and New Patient Coordinator and help execute day to day tasks while elevating the patient experience. You will solve problems at a blink of an eye without needing excessive supervision or direction and love working directly with our community to provide the highest quality of care.

Our team has a thirst and passion for delivering dental services to our patients and our Front Office Concierge will embody these values to go above and beyond in their position to leave a positive impact.

Requirements:

• 2+ years dental experience ideally
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Sound decision-making skills, drive and desire to succeed
• Expert follow-up
• Comfortable discussing payments and finances with patients.
• Strong organizational skills
• High level of discretion
• Experience with booking travel both national and internationally is a plus

Pay: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
