Marksman Security Corporation Hiring for “Junior” Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Fort Lauderdale, FL Full Time

Marksman is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist, at our Ft. Lauderdale office. This person is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.

This particular role will manage openings in a high-volume capacity and they will be accountable for candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

This position “requires” call metric’s daily of 50-75 outbound calls daily, encompassing pre-screening for current positions and scheduling 10-15 appointments daily from those outbound calls.

Responsibilities:

• Work within a matrixed environment and report to a Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Interview scheduling.
• New hire processing – offer letter and background check process management, new hire paperwork when needed.
• Provide administrative support to the team.
• Work in Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data.
• Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• *The ability to travel within the Tri-County areas to conduct job fairs at local community centers, schools, etc.
• The ability to work “outside” of the traditional 9-5 job. Nites, weekends will be involved.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• “Requires” 6 months to 2 years + experience, with strong understanding of recruitment.
• Prior background in high-volume recruiting. “Ideal” candidate will have prior working knowledge in security, call center-outbound or staffing agency with blue-collar, manufacturing type environments.
• Generating a high-quality pipeline of candidates daily.
• Meeting or exceeding monthly individual recruitment goals.
• Working in a deadline sensitive business.
• Excellent inter-personal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience.
• Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office.
• Strong command of Employment Law, diversity, specifically in areas of recruitment.

Schedule:

· 1:00pm – 9:00pm and weekends 10am – 6pm

Sign on Bonus of $500 to be paid out as outlined:

$250 at 30 days

$250 at 60 days
