The role will work alongside the senior finance team to analyse business results, prepare budgets and forecasts, and explore key cost metrics to drive profitability. The role will take responsibility for numerous relationships with non-finance stakeholders so it is important you can be a confident business partner who translates financial data into actionable plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management accounting and financial analysis. It is also important to be an advanced excel user with Power BI knowledge. Key Responsibilities of a Finance Analyst:

• Partner with department heads to understand CAPEX trends, causes of unexpected variance to budget/forecast and provide insightful commentary, both overall and by cost centre.
• Support the preparation and deliver of all planning process in a timely and accurately manner (strategic plan, annual budget, forecasts).
• Implementation of improved processes for financial projects, reporting and analysis.

As a Finance Analyst you will need:

• Accounting qualification Part Qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA)
• Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Excel, including Power BI
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of building relationships with senior stakeholders.
