Insurance Customer Service Representative
Are you an outgoing person who understands the value of stellar customer service? A growing insurance company is seeking an upbeat person to work 35 – 40 hours per week and be the “Director of First Impressions” for customers who phone or visit the office. Duties include answering the phone, processing new and renewal RMV registrations, coordinating activities with off site employees, entering computer activities, facilitating payments and handling mail. Successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as proficient computer skills. An Insurance license is desired, but not required.

This newly hired individual is required:

· To pass a criminal background check.

· To work in the office in Ayer 2 – 3 days per week and remote the other days.
