We are expanding at warp speed and are adding to our team – from our sales office and shop floor locations to our remote online team members. We are a diverse, creative, and passionate crew who is always looking to discover and implement fresh, innovative ideas and make some pretty amazing things.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for innovative and talented Content Creators who can work alongside our team to develop engaging content for our clients on TikTok and Instagram. You will be responsible for creating new assets for our team to post on behalf of our clients. This will include shooting some of your own photography and video content designed specifically for TikTok and Instagram Stories, Ads and Reels. This is a position based in St Louis, MO., as you will have full access to our studio to shoot and create content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Participate in creative briefings and brainstorms to inform monthly content calendars across assigned clients
  • Develop original concepts designed to meet clients’ strategic objectives & brand standards on TikTok and Instagram
  • Create and capture on the fly photos and short videos for brands to use on their social media channels
  • Quickly identify emerging trends on TikTok and Instagram (audio, video, etc.) that can benefit our clients and develop content that aligns with these trends
  • Shoot photo and video content for clients as assigned
  • Provide edits to photos and video content as needed
  • Translate client ideas and objectives into creative and engaging pieces of content

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2-3 years of social media/digital marketing experience
  • Experience creating content on TikTok and Instagram on behalf of brands, specifically e-commerce
  • MUST have a background in video editing and graphic design
  • Experience with photography a plus
  • MUST be able to meet aggressive deadlines, follow a creative brief, work in a fast-paced environment, and coordinate with various teams as needed
  • Experience working with Google Suite (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office as needed (Word, PowerPoint)
  • Samples of social media content must be provided for TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
