Key Responsibilities
Work independently in a remote setting with self-discipline and initiative
Generate leads through digital marketing and basic online advertising
Conduct structured phone or Zoom interviews (scripting provided)
Provide peer support and mentorship within a collaborative team environment
Participate in ongoing professional development via weekly training calls
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creative thinker with an interest in digital marketing
Leadership potential with a positive and professional approach
Collaborative mindset and goal-oriented attitude
Passion for helping others succeed
