Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Marketing & Performance Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing performance strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, and developing training programs.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing Xportel’s social media presence
• Creating and posting creatives, carousels, reels, and industry updates
• Maintaining and growing our blog
• Writing and publishing content around industry news, regulations, compliance updates, and trends
• Running and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.
• Monitoring ad performance, lead quality, CAC, engagement, and conversions
• Coordinating with influencers, agencies, creators, and external marketing partners
• Using AI tools to dramatically improve turnaround times and marketing efficiency
• Experimenting constantly with new growth and content strategies
