Accountabilities

• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, workflows, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader organizational goals.
• Assist in vendor coordination, including contract support, deliverable tracking, and performance follow-up.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.
• Conduct market and industry research, including fintech and crypto trends, to support marketing strategy and briefs.

Requirements

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in marketing operations, analytics, and project coordination in a fast-moving digital environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Looker.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across distributed teams.
