Our awarding-winning Client Management team is looking to invest and hire a number of entry level Marketing Executives, who will work and learn from a skilled and experienced digital marketing team, based from our spacious East Yorkshire offices.

About the role

As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for multi-channel digital activity in line with client requirements, supporting a wider client delivery team of experienced practitioners. You will work with Client Managers to support with clients paid search activity, helping to execute our strategy in line with client objectives.

Regularly communicating with clients, cultivating a positive and collaborative working relationship via email and phone, plus face-to-face meetings with support from the wider team. You will receive training to equip you with a high degree of specialised expertise and skills to ensure the work carried out for our clients is maintained to the highest standard of quality. You’ll add value to the team by:

• Setting up and managing multichannel (paid search, display, paid social) digital activity across multiple search engines and marketplaces against client KPIs (key performance indicators)
• Carrying out market trends research and responding to seasonal market fluctuations
• Manipulating data and creating accurate reports within tight deadlines
• Carrying out regular analysis and checks on our digital activity and providing actionable improvements to ensure clients receive the best possible service
• Contributing to and delivering presentations to both internal and external audiences
• Attending client meetings and contributing to client calls when required, both on- and offsite

Drive, determination and a self-disciplined approach are vital to be effective in this role. You will enjoy and be able to easily adapt to different personalities, being a proactive team player who is motivated and highly organised, enabling you to manage a diverse and busy workload. Key skills and knowledge include:

• Experience within entry-level marketing roles or Degree (or equivalent) gained within a related Marketing / Digital field
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• An aptitude for numbers to assist with learning of tracking and reporting processes
• Ability to analyse problems effectively and solve issues, considering the long-term impact and anticipating future consequences and trends
• Building relationships and networking internally and externally
• Customer service orientated, dedicated to meeting requirements of internal and external stakeholders
• Willing to learn, develop and ultimately improve self
