HEIR is a premium fragrance brand preparing for launch. Built around global craftsmanship and collectible design, we collaborate with internationally acclaimed perfumers and production partners across Europe and Asia. Backed by leading consumer founders and operators including Niraj Singh (Spinny), Kishore Biyani (Future Group), Arjun Vaidya (V3 Ventures), and Sangeet Agrawal (Mokobara), among others, we are building a global brand focused on quality and long term growth.

About The Role

We’re looking for someone who understands culture, content, and the internet- not just marketing.

This is not a typical “run ads and report numbers” role. You will work closely with the founder to build and scale a brand through content, storytelling, and thoughtful execution across platforms.

If you’re someone who is always noticing brands, saving content, experimenting with edits, and thinking “this could have been done better” – this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Content Creation & Execution

• Plan and execute content across Instagram, website, and other digital platforms
• Shoot, edit, and publish reels, stories, and posts (basic editing skills required)
• Work on content calendars aligned with brand voice and campaigns
• Assist in ideating and executing founder-led content

2. Creative Thinking & Ideation

• Constantly bring new ideas for content formats, campaigns, and storytelling
• Stay on top of trends but adapt them in a way that feels premium and original
• Translate brand philosophy into relatable, engaging content

3. Marketing Operations

• Manage day-to-day digital marketing workflows
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies
• Help in planning and executing launches, drops, and campaigns

4. Events & Brand Experiences

• Assist in planning and executing brand events / shoots
• Support on-ground coordination and content capture during events

5. Growth & Analytics

• Track performance of content and campaigns
• Understand what works and iterate quickly
• Support in basic paid marketing execution (optional but good to have)

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing / content / social media
• Strong sense of aesthetics and taste (this matters a lot)
• Comfortable with tools for editing
• Curious, proactive, and constantly consuming content
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Someone who takes ownership and moves fast

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Have worked with a D2C / lifestyle / fashion / beauty brand
• Have your own content page or portfolio
• Understand luxury / premium brand positioning
• Have basic photography or videography skills
