What you’ll be doing:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Human Resources executives
Responsible for the administrative onboarding and offboarding tasks/reporting
Responsible for creating and maintaining employment records and files
Responsible for completing and sending all ‘Change of Status’ paperwork
Assist with minute taking in relevant HR meetings
Manage and maintain the holiday tracking, expenses and internal track and trace systems
Oversee the administration for the ‘UK Eye Care’ policy
Facilitate various internal training courses
Other duties as assigned
Assist with sourcing & attracting talent
Review incoming CV’s
Hold initial screening call with candidates
Set up interviews and oversee the communication of the interview process
Collate and provide feedback to and from each candidate, the following interview
Prepare and send offer letters
Collect employment references
Ensure background checks are completed
Take proof of employee’s right to work in the UK
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Based in Reading with weekly travel to London
