Hands on supervisor responsible for daily activity in AP, AR, Payroll, and General Accounting. Manage staff of 5 employees. Prepare journal entries for multiple entities and assist with monthly close. Reconcile various GL accounts monthly. Prepare or review payroll tax reporting. Maintain Fixed Asset records. Assist with annual audits. Assist with annual budget preparation. Other duties as required.

Applicant will be required to enter invoices into various customer based portals, and also interact with various Government agencies and their business processes.

Requirements: Accounting graduate with a minimum of 3 yrs experience. Good computer skills including Excel and Sage. Multi-state payroll experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
