You will thrive in this role in this role if you enjoy…

• Engaging with people face-to-face or online on a daily basis and having an ‘open door’ frame of mind. Being approachable is super important for this role.

• Working in a team. We are incredibly supportive, and friendly. We’re always open to a good discussion on all HR and recruitment-related topics! You will be based in our main London (Herne Hill) office but may need to travel to our other offices in the South of England.

• Being busy – we are a company of over 450 people so it’s busy. We are constantly evolving and would love someone who embraces a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail – lots going on at once so if you are all about the detail, keep reading.

You’d be amazing for this role if you are an HR Generalist with experience across commercially related functions.

• You are especially experienced in Payroll
• Practical experience will always be champion with us but CIPD qualifications are an advantage
• You love managing the development of HR people and strive for personal excellence and for the team
• You’re assertive, open to discussion, and able to build effective relationships at all levels, we are an organisation that loves to talk
• Like a challenge, embrace change, love variety
• Strive to be a true business partner, interested in learning about our great brands and our dedicated people
• You give a damn about what you do and care about making a difference
• You have an eye for detail, but balance with action
• You are pragmatic and proactive, supporting an environment that champions change and supports people in a fast-paced industry
• Media experience would be great but it’s not essential. An interest in media however is.

We are offering flexible working, a hybrid model. We are working in the office 2 days a week (if you want to work from the office for more than 2 days you are most welcome) You have the opportunity to work 3 days remotely.
