Maritime Bus Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Moncton, NB Full Time

Are looking to get back into the workforce after being off? Or, are you tired of working from home and ready for a change? Maritime Bus is looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Moncton Terminal.

If you love working with the public and like helping people then we are looking for you to;

· Provide superior customer service at all times. Sell bus tickets and parcel shipments as needed.

· Operate a computer, Point of Sales system, phones, email and other electronic devices as required

· Provide customers with schedule times and assist the driver during bus arrival and departure times.

· Resolve any customer service issues within your control and seek assistance from management as required.

· Ensure daily balancing of cash and Point of Sales systems and investigate overages and shortages.

Requirements

· Ability to effectively communicate to the public.

· Proven ability to understand a variety of computer programs

· Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: From $15.00 per hour
